 To dig deeper, I conducted a survey of Bershka shoppers to understand their perceptions of the brand. Here’s what I learned from the responses:

(1) Youth-Centric Style: Over 80% of respondents described Bershka as a “go-to for trendy, youthful clothing.” The brand appeals largely to people under 30 who want affordable yet fashionable clothing that helps them express their personal style.

 

(2) Affordable Fashion: Many shoppers appreciated that Bershka offers on-trend items at reasonable prices, with 75% of respondents mentioning affordability as a primary reason for shopping there. This aligns well with Bershka’s strategy to keep fashion accessible without compromising on style.

 

(3) Sustainability Concerns: While Bershka does offer sustainable collections, about 60% of respondents indicated that they would like to see a stronger emphasis on environmentally friendly practices, reflecting a growing trend across the fashion industry. This feedback suggests an opportunity for Bershka to expand its sustainable offerings.

 

(4) Digital Integration: A notable 70% of respondents appreciated Bershka’s digital-savvy approach. The brand’s social media presence and user-friendly website, combined with its AI-driven recommendations, received positive remarks, making the online shopping experience almost as engaging as the in-store vibe.
